Refund & Replacement Policy
At Coolbaby Toys, we ensure every ride-on is built to last. However, if you face an issue with your order, our replacement and refund policy makes the process simple and transparent.
1. Replacement Eligibility

You must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@coolbaby.co.in or by calling +91-82888 4992.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement or damage claims.

Products must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts, tags, and invoice.

Replacements apply only to cases of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect product delivered.
2. Replacement Process

Send email with order number, issue details, photos, and unboxing video.

Our team will verify and approve within 2 working days.

For serviceable areas, reverse pickup will be arranged by our courier partners.

If your area is non-serviceable, please self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Shipping reimbursement: up to ₹500 upon valid courier receipt.

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
3. Refunds

Coolbaby Toys offers replacement-only for eligible cases.

Refunds are issued only when replacement stock is unavailable.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after product verification.

Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded via NEFT.

Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.
4. Important Notes

Unauthorized returns (sent without confirmation) will not be accepted.

Only the specific issue reported at the time of complaint will be considered.

Part replacements may be issued for large ride-on models to expedite resolution.

Coolbaby Toys’ Quality Control team holds the final decision authority on all replacement/refund claims.
