Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat shipping fee of Rs 250.00 will be applied. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Typically, orders placed before 1 PM on a business day are shipped the same day, provided card security checks are complete, payment is received, and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Sunday or during holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy periods, such as holidays, there may be processing and shipping delays. Delivery typically takes 8 to 14 working days.
All packages are sent via leading courier companies, such as BlueDart, FedEx, Delhivery, and other reputable couriers. We offer two modes of payment when placing an order:
- Pay Online
- Pay on Delivery
Please note that rural domestic addresses may require additional delivery time.

Cancellation of Order by User
Customers can only cancel orders if the order status shows as “pending” under Order History. Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing an order. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team by sending an email with your order number.
General Scenario
If we receive a cancellation email and the order has already been processed, the order cannot be canceled. Coolbaby Toys has the right to decide whether an order should be canceled. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Coolbaby Toys regarding the cancellation.
Cancellation of Order by Coolbaby Toys
Coolbaby Toys reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and payment received. In such cases, 100% of the payment will be refunded, and the user will be informed.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to user error (e.g., incorrect or incomplete name or address, recipient not available), any additional costs for re-delivery will be claimed from the user.
