• Dispatch Time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

• Delivery Time:

  • Metros: 4–7 business days

  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days

• Orders placed after 1 PM, on Sundays, or on holidays are processed the next working day.

• In case of high demand or logistical delays, our team will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping nationwide.

• COD Orders: ₹250 flat charge.

• Rural or remote locations may incur longer delivery times or limited COD service.

3. Courier Partners

We ship only through trusted national logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and FedEx to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Tracking details are shared automatically via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link to monitor shipment progress.
If tracking information isn’t active within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us at info@coolbaby.co.in with your order number.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our couriers attempt delivery up to three times.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-delivery or reshipping charges may apply.

Coolbaby Toys hands over consignments to the courier within the committed time frame.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier operations, weather disruptions, or public holidays once dispatched.
