CoolBaby GO is developed and operated by Unistar Technoplast Pvt. Ltd. The application enables users to connect to and control compatible ride-on vehicles using Bluetooth.

Information We Collect

CoolBaby GO does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal information or user data.

The app does not require users to create an account or provide personal information such as their name, email address, phone number, or contact information.

Bluetooth Access

CoolBaby GO requires Bluetooth access to discover, connect to, communicate with, and control compatible ride-on vehicles.

Bluetooth communication is used solely for the app’s vehicle-control functionality. Bluetooth communication data is processed locally and is not transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.

Location Permission on Older Android Devices

On devices running Android 11 (API level 30) or earlier, Android may require location permission to perform Bluetooth device scanning.

CoolBaby GO does not access, collect, store, use, or transmit the user’s geographic location. This permission is requested solely where required by the Android operating system for Bluetooth functionality.

On newer supported Android versions, CoolBaby GO uses the applicable Bluetooth permissions and does not use Bluetooth scanning to determine the user’s location.

Local Device Information

Certain compatible vehicles may require the app to generate and retain a local identifier so that the vehicle can recognize the same device in future sessions. This identifier is generated and stored locally on the user’s device for vehicle communication and is not an advertising identifier or hardware identifier. It is not transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.

Internet and Network Communication

CoolBaby GO does not transmit user data to Unistar Technoplast Pvt. Ltd. servers. The current version of the application does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting services.

Advertising and Tracking

CoolBaby GO does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising identifiers or tracking technologies.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, disclose, or share personal information with third parties because CoolBaby GO does not collect personal information.

Children’s Privacy

CoolBaby GO is a controller application for compatible ride-on vehicles. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users. The app contains no account creation, social features, advertising, or in-app purchases.

Children should use ride-on vehicles with appropriate adult supervision and in accordance with the vehicle’s safety instructions.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because CoolBaby GO does not collect or transmit personal information to our servers, we do not maintain server-side user data requiring deletion. Locally stored application information can be removed by uninstalling the application or clearing its application data, where supported by the operating system.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if CoolBaby GO’s functionality or data practices change. Any revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
